White IPA. Drift is our special Winter release - the fusion of a classic Belgian witbier with a modern juicy IPA. Brewed with wheat, oats, coriander seed and orange peel for a classic pillowy witbier character, and then dry-hopped with Citra BBC and Ella to deliver big aromatics.

Can at home, 25th Janaury 18. Pours straw colour with a slight haze. Aroma is citrus hops, aromatic, banana. Taste is refreshing bitter, citrus, banana, yeast, grapefruit. Intessting IPA hybrid, the wheat definatley comes through for another dimension.
