Our core-range Pils is our take on a classic German-style Pilsner. This is the beer we drink to celebrate the end of the working day. Clean, crisp, and refreshing with bitterness balanced by bready malt character. Brewed with 100% low colour Golden Promise malt, fermented with a German lager strain and hopped with classic noble varieties. (only batches hopped with Callista so far).

Tap at kernel tap room bermondsey. A crystal clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice clean crispy cereal, grass, mineral, wet grass, light spicy noble hop. Palate is super crisp, light grains, highish carbonation. Little thin. Flavour is composed of clean cereal grains, pilsner malt, cracker, light spicy Nobel hop, mineral. Very crushable.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Clear super bright very pale golden color, no head. Aroma and flavor ate nice clean hayish crisp malt bitter pilsner. Good. 8-7-7,5-7-7,5

Clear pale blond beer, creamy dense white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, wort. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, clean malt bill, wort, grains, good clean hops, grassy. Aftertaste: a bit herbal, bitter, dry finish, hay, cow fodder.
