From the denner at Alle, opening it for the 25 of December at Epalinges with Alex. A solid and well balanced white ipa, a bit less bitter than an American version, citrus, floral and aromatic, grapefruit, dry malt, mineral and hop, 29.12.21

hazy pale golden colour, moderate sized creamy slightly ecru-ish white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of wheaty, grainy, lemony, lemon zesty, grape and slight pear notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with bready crusty, bitter orange, grape and slight lemony notes; really good one!
