Russian Imperial Stout
The third beer in the Doom Series saga in which Cervezoteca Malte, NaparBCN and Branca Studio got in on the action. Dark, slow, and lingering sounds were the source of inspiration in this tribute to the band Electic Wizard, the muse that brought about this Russian Imperial Stout that is enchanted with lactose, Ethiopian coffee and haba tonka.
Ingredients: Water, malts, Etiopian coffee, hops, lactose, tonka bean natural flavour and yeast.

Botella 33 cl de Vivalabirra tomada en Oviedo 23..10..2017. Lote 171106. Fcpref 11..2022. (r06). color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro persistente. Sabores maltosos tostados con toques de caramelos cacao, especiados y vainillas. Ligeros lactosas que le dan suavidad. Cuerpo medio a intenso, buena sensación alcohólica. Fina y buena densidad. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda.

Tap at beerlovers during laugar tap takeover. Pours black, small dark head. Smell is intense, thick, sweet, roasty, mild coconut. Taste is sweet, thick , roasty, coconut ( I was very surptised to find out there was no coconut in this one, as the reader might have estimated ) . Lactose shows in a certain sweetness, but not as a specific ingredient. Very well made, but too adjunt ( an adjunct I dont like , thought it was coconut but it was tonka ) for me. The basebeer here seems gorgeous. Thick body, low carbo, as any stout should be.
