Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear straw colored. Aroma is dry sour-ish, sorrel, apple peel, sulfur, old lawn, rotten apples, hay, minerals. Taste is dry sour-ish, sorrel, sour apples, grass, apple cores, citrus acid, minerals, unripe berries, hints of sulfur. Dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Crap!

Can. A clear, sparkling and pale yellow colored cider with no head. Lots of sulphur in the aroma, leaving leaving little room for the apples. Sulphur, some apples, acidity and a grassy touch in the flavor. Thin and sour on the palate, with a long sulphury finish. Not much good going on here. 180728

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 11.07.18. Clear pale lemon colour. No head. Brilliantly refreshing aroma and taste of sider apples, vinho verde and a hint of sour apples and white grapes. Dry.

0,33 boks fra helsekosten på Kvaddå, delt med skibsrederen etter dagens dont på Fridtjofen juli-18: klar lys strågul med kort skum. Nydelig aroma og smak fra de ulike Hardangereplene som er benyttet. Saftig, fyldig og ren i smaken. En delikatesse.
