Bels Lijntje was the nickname of the railway route from Tilburg the Netherlands to Turnhout Belgium, nowadays no trains are running this route. We found this to be a suiting name for our first try at a mixed fermentation Belgian style sour ale. This beer was brewed back in 2015 and has been aged with Brettanomyces, Lactobacilus and Pediococcus on oak for exactly 1080 days.
