Kerniger, dunkel malziger Antrunk. Die steigende Malzigkeit wird im Verlauf wenig herb, das Bier bleibt süffig. Spritzig, dunkel bleibend, auch wenn die Malzigkeit zum Ende abnimmt. Nett. 9/10/9/9/10/9

Many thanks for this bugel Flashe to kevnic2008. Piwo o ladnej piance srednio trwalej. Ladnym ciemno bursztynowym kolorze, aromatyczne, glownie pieczony chleb. W smaku marmolada truskawkowa, karmel i chmielny powiew swierzosci. Bardzo owocowe w smaku piwo, smaczne tresciwe i wyraziste. Polecam

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Russet brown colour beer with a good sized, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, dark fruit, mild spice and cardboard. Medium sweetness and body. Slightly oily texture, soft carbonation. Felt stronger than 7.2%. Decent enough.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear dark amber, thick off-white head. Very herbal aromas, sweet cereal notes too. taste is more of the same, but a nice balance of sweet and bitter. Hides the 7.2% well. Very easy-drinking. Not exactly exciting, but a well-made strong beer.

(swing top bottle) Clear, amber to light-copper colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly sugary (cara)-malty aroma with notes of bread and molasses, also shy hints of alcohol. Sweet flavour with a restrained level of bitterness, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Initially sweet cara-malty and not very complex taste with hints of metal and alcohol towards the sweetish finish. One-dimensional, a bit disappointing Bock. 15.I.14

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden to light amber coloured, clear, mid-sized and lacy off-white head, alcoholic and metallic-toasty nose with a card boardy touch; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft and pretty light bodied; slightly lingering dryish bitter-sweet finish with a malty touch. Quite a monotonous brew…

500ml bottle. Pours a very dark orange brown with no head. Aroma is rich, boozy caramel and raisin malt. Taste has toffee malt to start with apple on the finish. Carbonation is low.
