(Bottle, 0.5 l - batch 83 - BB 09018, from Gulating Ølutsalg Trondheim, 20180621) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, clove, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A spicy but still rather nice hefeweizen.

Biggish white head doesn’t last. Hazy opaque deep yellow body. Fruity orangey peas aroma with spicy coriander and dry tobacco (?!?) notes. Dryish earthy mealy fruity taste with floral notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish orangey mealy aftertaste with spicy notes. Doesn’t taste like a hefeweizen at all to me, but I quite like it. (0.5l bottle, from Meny Oslo City. Batch #295.)

Shared bottle in Værnes with KL and KA 25.05.16. Muddy peach colour. Not much head. Refreshing aroma and taste of citrus, with some coriander, clove and citrus zest. Good drinkability.

Bottle. A slow gusher pouring a clear, dark golden beer topped by a rocky, foamy, white head. Lacings. There’s some cellar in the aroma, with pale malts, banana and some notes of cloves and lemon. It’s effervescent and medium bodied, semi-soft. Banana notes, pine cone hints and some cloves, with pale malts in the back. Lasting fruity finish. Not very fond of the aroma and carbonation level, but overall it’s quite nice and refreshing. 150718

Cloudy deep yellow color with a lovely big white head. Looks really lovely. Wheat, mild yeast, mild clove and faint banana. Medium body and a quite rich carbonation. Ok balanced sweetness. Wheat, some yeast, mild clove and mild banana. I really enjoyed this one after a fine evening with the lawn mover.
