Dorada nebulosa con un dedo de espuma de retención normal pero que deja buena película. Aroma ligeramente licórico con notas de anís y especias. En boca cuerpo intenso, base malteada, pero se impone la aportación de esteres frutales y especiados en un tono general licórico y algo dulce, donde el alcohol se percibe en todo momento y sobre todo en el post trago.

Slightly hazy amber-yellow color, tiny bit of head. Aroma has overripe fruit and spices, but quite a pungent smell. Medium-bodied. The taste is spicy, ripe fruit, a bit of alcohol, even some tartness. So unbalanced, mediocre tripel.

Thanks fonefan! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, some toffee and mild yeasty tones with a bit citrus too. Flavour is floral, fruity, some spicy tones with mild yeasty and some citrusy tones with some caramel. OK, but lacks the depth of a proper Tripel.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear orange colour, small head. Tart yeasty nose with some pineapple. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Doughy malt, peppery tart pineapple. Low bitterness in a finish with some warmth.

Tap at Brewpub, Harlingen. Clear yellow golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma is malts, yeasty, floral. Flavor is similar, and I must say its a pretty useful tripel imo. A bit on the sweet side but not bad at all.

Bottle from Drankenspeciaalzaak Jelle, Leeuwarden. Aroma is spicy yeasty and soapy with bready pale malt, coriander, citrus. Flavour is medium sweet with a sharp moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Okay-ish Tripel, some nice bitter citrus peel, but I'm not too fond of the soapy element.
