Pale yellow colour with no head and low carbonation. Intense and quite a sweet, honeyed, floral aroma. Tastes a little sweet but there's just a slight hint of apple tang and farminess to keep it interesting.

330ml bottle - Pours a clear golden colour with no head. Aroma is apples, apple juice and apple peel. A semi-sweet taste, lovely apple flavours with light tannins and a drying finish. Nice.

Bottle at home picked up from Tesco. A very clear golden orange coloured pour with a small fizz that fades to a halo. Aroma semi sweet, clean bright apple, light tart, white sugar, little earthy bark note. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, and tart, pithy apple, crisp, twist of lemon. Palate is tart and crisp, powdery carbonation. Decent

500ml bottle, shared with Soph on our 11 mile cruise down the River Severn from Montford Bridge on the Seahawk 4. Clear golden yellow appearance. Sweet fruity nose. Great medium dry blend, naturally fruity sweet with a soft tannic grip. Nicely refreshing.

9/1/2020. Cask at Williams Ale & Cider House, London E1. Pour golden with a very small short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apples, caramel, funky notes, flowers, vanilla and a touch of leather. Medium plus sweetness and a very light tart edge. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation.
