Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out toffee apple and sugars. Flavour is funky and dry — how is this an ice cider? — the funk is nice but it's more of a farmhouse cider. Not an ice cider. But pleasant enough.

Bottle. Clear pale color with white head. Aroma is sweetish apples, lots of minerals, good concentration. Taste is sweet, but strong minerals are balancing it out, making this extremely drinkable. Great creation!

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear blushing golden. Concentrated aroma of sweet apples. Sweetwith medium to full body and rounded, somewhat viscous mouthfeel. Rather intense citric acidity counteracts the concentrated apple sweetness. Slightly puckering bitterness with mild apple skin bitterness.
