Bottle @ home. On the sweeter side, pretty standard cider flavor, clean apple flavor, moderate acidity. Decent, nothing extraordinary. Does not necessary taste like an ice cider.

Poured from bottle @ MBCC 2023 blue session (finally adding my notes). Clear pale blonde. Sweet apple, but lacks the body of Quebec ice ciders.

Bottle pour, taster. @MBCC 2024, Copenhagen (Denmark). 10/05/2024 [#7.251 Global - #151 Sweden - #2 Pomologik] Pours golden with a small and frothy white head. Aroma: sulphur, red apples, marmalade and yeast. Taste: sour apples, yeast and funk. Next one, please!

(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of red apples, marzipan, orange peel and spices. Fruity taste with red apples, marzipan, citrus peel, spices, apple skin, wood and a generous citric acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Juicy and slightly puckering, with a fresh acidity. Very nice.

Bottled (from fonefan). Golden colour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple jelly. Flavour is apples, some tart wood and mild sweetness. Very dry palate.

Flaska på Brewskival 2023. Vintage 2021. Ljus guldguldig med vit krona. Möjliga äpplen, fin syra, fat, äppelskal. Precis så att syran avrundat något. Stramt, snyggt, elegant. Ruskigt spännande med botten från iscider.
