On tap at La Cidrerie du Canal, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is bone dry, with musty horse blanket, hay, and dry green apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with hay, dry green apple skins, gentle tartness, and a nice champagne-like effervescence. Dry, hay-like, funky finish. Excellent.

Couleur dorée/pâle, col blanc effervescent sans retenue.
Arôme sur un bon bouquet fruité de pommes - légèrement floral avec un côté bourgeons frais / sureau - acerbe ressort bien rendant un côté pommes fermentées/funk tirant sur une acidité discrète.
Palais sur un effet pomme acerbe - finement fruité, petite note résiduelle sucrée/caramélisée - finement grinçant aux dents. Floral oscillant sur le sureau. Léger funk en fin de bouche.

Escanciada desde medio metro (mi capacidad escanciadora no da para más) en un legítimo y tradicional vaso de sidrina. Color amarillo turbio y pálido, poca espuma que desaparece rápido y buena cantidad de madre. Aroma funky, lagar, manzanas agrias. En boca es francamente rica, ligera acritud, puntito dulce, seca, moderada acidez, afrutada y rústica. Muy rica

Аромат яблочный, как у сока кислого. Пенки нету, на цвет желтый яблочный сок. Вкус кисловатый но в меру, очень питко что радует, немного как будто навоза, но это не мешает. В целом нормально идет, не вижу в чем особеность данного сидра как отдельной стилистике.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, bubbly, white head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, hay, yeast, spices and a sulphury touch of matchsticks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, yeast, hay, a touch of vinegar and spices. Dry and tart finish. Medium body. Fresh and tasty, with a generous acidity and a light bitterness. Nice one.

750ml bottle. Pours foggy gold with no head. Aroma is slightly acidic apples, funk and wood. Taste is dry, tart apples. Dry finish. No carbonation. Interesting stuff, reminds me of dry white wine.
