On tap @Sam Beer (Rome). Dorata, limpida, brillante, schiuma leggera ed evanescente. Al naso note di mele cotogne, sentori enterici, leggermente terrosi, un filo di acetico. In bocca è acidula e secca in chiusura, un po' sporca. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-soft. Interessante.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, opaque, with no foam. Aroma is delicately funky and sour apple. Body is just a little dense, with lovely but moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-sour, with a dry final and a little sweetness.

Bottle sampled at Cider Cider. Tart apple and lemon, funk, bone dry apple, soft earthy. Over light sour and very light bitter. Light bodied and bone dry.

70 cl bottle poured into classic Asturian cider glass. Pours super-cloudy pale yellow, hazy as heck. Aroma is lemon blossom, lemon curd, lemon-ade :-) Also green apples, tart pear, green pepper, and a hint of pipe tobacco (yep!) Bone dry, very light carb, super-tart and zesty. Dry, short-lived finish. Could drink three bottles in a row, I must confess.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is dry apple and yeast rests. Taste is dry sour apple. Much mealiness. Some funkiness. Not complex. Not my thing.

Bottle from a supermarket in Benasque. Poured from a height, but not as crazy high as the experts do. Hazy golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is earthy, barnyard, a touch manure, mealy. Taste is earthy, dusty, mealy apples, mineralic. Tannic and mealy finish. Low carbonation, but something present. Too mealy for me, but still okay and interesting. EDIT: The second 2-finger thick pour is much less mealy and tastier. 3.3 Bottle at a Sidreria, poured trough a machine. Crisper, fresher, less mealy. Good
