Long before the light beers that we know today appeared, brewers did not have the technology to control the degree of roasting of the beans, which was always intense and therefore the beer was darker. This beer revives one of the oldest brewing styles that exist and presents it to the consumer to bring them closer to the experience of tasting those first lager beers. Its name refers to the character that describes it Dunkel (dark in German).
