Dag is our refreshing Pale Ale, with refreshing orange peel and aromatic American hops. In this version we’ve added Mango aroma and flavour for a tropical twist, so the beer is a bit of sunshine in every sip! Makes a great match with chicken, cheeses, salads, shellfish and spicy foods. Recommended serving temp 6–8°C.

330 ml can, from Det Gode Brygg, Kvadrat, Sandnes. ABV is 4.0%. Clear amber colour, moderate white head. Intense and repulsive aroma of artificial mango and orange essence. The flavour has much of the same artificial essence, but is not as sweet as I feared. Sharpish bitter finish. Unbalanced and unpleasant - by far the worst beer I've had from Ægir. Drainpour. Do us a service, and bury this recipe!
