Hazy, blonde. No head. There’s a bit of pedio on the nose, with a light dusty yeast character. On the palate, this is a bit tart, quite yeasty, touch of berries, and some orangey notes in the finish. With moderate bitterness, this ends up being a decent saison, though still a touch heavy on the alcohol and the pale malts.

Can. Cloudy pale yellow, small white head. Funky orane and malt aroma. Yeasty, slightly citrusy flavour, some malt. With a strangely herbal finish, something like mint or menthol.
