Named after the mystical Australian Red Rock, the uniquely flavored Uluru beer is made out of unstrained wheat beer. Dry-hopping is rarely used in the process of brewing wheat beer, yet it is how we have created this unique, exiting, untraditional flavor.

Bottle shared at home. Murky greenish dark golden with off white head. Bubblegum, coriander, spicy yeast, quite flowery, bitter herbs and grass. Medium sweet and bitter. Over light bodied with soft carbonation. Not so bad, it only looks bad.

0.33l bottle from Kézműves Csemege, Budapest, 790 ft. pours a murky orange amber with a big frothy head. aroma of banana, apples, bread, citrus zest. flavour of banana, cloves, citrus, mineral water. lemon zest in the finish. slightly less sweet, more mineral and sour than an average weizen. not bad.

Hazy golden colored, medium white frothy head, nice lacing and long lasting. Aroma is of wheat, some malt, medium spicy yeasty notes, some herbal hops. Taste is medium sweet malt and wheat, moderate spicy yeast, medium- herbal hops, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation, oily. (bottle)

Nagy, tartós hab, narancssárga szín, szűretlen. Búzás, banános, enyhén fűszeres illat. Íze búzasörös alapon banános, enyhén fűszeres, markáns de nem tolakodó komlós keserűvel és némi citrusossággal. Közepesen testes, erősen szénsavas. Kellemes, fűszeres búza.
