Tap. Black color with no head. This beer is straight balsamico, with a bit of a malty base and some cherry funk. Quite straightforward, but lecker!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2016. Opaque black color, no head. Smell and taste malts, roast, earthy, a bit leathery, liquorice and indeed balsamico. Alright, but not my thing.

Sampled from tap at Borefts 2016 day 2. Deep dark brown with no head. Kinda like.....wait for it..... balsamico! :-) big deep roasted malts and grapes, intense balsamico, woody, almost gluey. Over medium body, dense and true. Would love some salad with tomato basil and mozzarella with this!!

Tap at Borefts. Black with no head at all. Massive balsamico, licorice, tar, roasted barley, ash. Medium sweet and over medium sour, some salt with lingering sour bitter finish. Full bodied with syrupy feel. More like balsamico than beer.

At Borefts 2016. Aroma of sour cherries and oak. Tasty is quite sour, with oak, cherry, vinegar and vanilla. Was a bit afraid to taste it, but it’s great.

Keg at borefts. Pours black, nose is balsamic vinegar, wood, roasted, onion, taste is really tart, funky, pickled onion.

Weird yet strangely awesomish. Tastes like the smell of old leather. Balsamico, yes, sour but not too much.
