Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

Can. Thanks to Leighton for sourcing. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and smooth, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft malts, light creamy sweetness, very smooth. Lovely combo of well integrated floral citrus and sweetish tropical fruits. Sweet floral pink grapefruit and orange. Mild hop spice. A little pine underneath. Smooth finish shows soft pine. A very pleasant surprise! Best thing from Wild Beer in many a long yonk and a SIPA that doesn't leave me feeling short changed.

Taste comprises orange wine gums, citric tinged straw, toasted malts, light pine flicker, cantaloupe melon, soft breads, light yeast tingle, kiwi fruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking session gear.

Can at home picked up from Caps and Taps. A Light hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sei sweet nice juicy fruits, tangerine, tinned peach, with a zippy citrus edge. Little rustic grain husk on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of semi sweet base malts, tangerine, tangy peach, peach melba, chalky bready grains. Palate is medium bodied, rounded, semi sweet, highish carbonation. Cheating slightly calling this a session IPA. More of an APA in my book.

Can at home in Hackney - sourced direct from the brewery webshop. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, pure white head. Nice aroma, some pithy citrus, orange rind, a little dirty pine, tangy peach. Light sweet flavour with a hint of citric tartness, pale bread, mild bitter rind, more oranges and tangerine, mellow pine. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Pithy citrus, some grapefruit, tangerine, orange rind, light gritty yeast, more pale bread, a little crispy biscuit. Solid sessioner. I'd have no problem draining a few of these.

Can from beerhive. Nose is very fruity, lots of berries, also some Mango and oranges. Palate starts very fruity, bitter middle and bitter orange finish. This is one hell of a fruit bomb. But it is also too bitter for my palate.
