Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

Hazy golden beer, white head. Bready, citrus aroma. Taste has bitter, grassy hop, some sweet lemon and an airy, fruit finish. Crisp, clean and tasty if unremarkable and one of Wild Beer's less interesting efforts.

Can from Waitrose, 28th April 18. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is sweet fruits, tropical. Taste is pleasant, sweet juicy tropical fruit, aromatic, juicy finish, little bitterness, not bad for a supermarket pick.

Can from Waitrose in Northwood. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, tropical fruit, orange on the nose. Tastes similar, hoppy, orange, tropical fruit, slight grapefruit. Not normally a big SIPA fan but this was rather good and now available in my local Waitrose, all good.

On tap at Clock Block. Hazy color of white grape must. Aroma is bit fruity but not really exciting, maybe with bit warmer temp it goes better. Tastes yeasty, low bitterness, but quite high hops presence. I really don't know what to think about this one. Really.
