Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

Can from Waitrose. Yellow and cloudy, with a slight, white, head. Pineapple and grapefruit aroma, with some grassy hops. Flavour had more, slightly sweet, fruit, yeasty white bread malts and a hint fo spice, before a dryish finish. Ok overall, but an ugly beer in appearance.

33cl can from the Beer52 May box. An opaque pale amber colour with a billowing white head; tropical fruit aroma; weaker tropical fruit taste with a sweet mango centre and a thick milkshake style body; followed by a dry finish with some warming spices and some wood sap bitterness. Rather moreish.

Fluffy white head stayed on a very hazy banana skin coloured body - looks outstanding! Big hoppy aroma with Tropical fruits, pineapple & mango. Medium bodied, creamy & smooth in the mouth with a nice tickle down the back & a clean finish. What a juice bomb - banana, peach, mango, Tropical fruits & a nice peppery finish - although the taste does taper off on the aft.

330ml can drunk on the Dover - Dunkirk ferry. Pours a hazed gold, white head. Aroma has light fruity exotics. Taste is light, some gentle exotics, papaya, grapefruit with a little spice. Doesnt seem to come together amazingly well, not my kind of NEIPA.

Can. Hopy aroma, citrus fruit, light resin notes. Hazy yellow color, soapy white head. Hopy taste, citrus fruit, light grassy notes, light to medium bitter. Light body, thin texture, soft carbonation and hopy bitter finish with light malty notes. Good.

Can at 100 piv. Hazy yellow colour. Quickly disappearing head. Loads of fruity character, blutorange and the likes. Moderate bitterness, background maltiness. Easy drinking. Very good.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours completely hazy straw golden colour, topped with a larger and fluffy white head, not stable. Gentle fruity nose, tropical feeling with lychee and bubblegum, Milder bitterness, slight fruitiness, citrusy and lasting aftertaste. Medium light body. Nice one.
