Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

Can from Waitrose. A huge fruity nose, with tropical aromas fighting with strawberry and peach. The taste was like a fruit party in the mouth and it put a smile on my face as I cooked the burgers on the barbecue.

Can from Waitrose and drunk at home. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Big tropical fruit aroma. Some sweetness from the fruit flavour and malt. Light bitterness on the finish. For these type of beers this one is very well balanced and the tropical fruit is delicious. I could drink a load of this. Excellent.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of pine, passion fruit, melon and citrus. Pours hazy straw color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows by tropical fruit, grapefruit, peach, grass and hints of pepper, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Intergalactic juicy IPA...

Can from Waitrose, Bedford. Cream yellow, hazy. Almost no head. Pineapple aroma with a touch of lemon and some egg. Moderately bitter with some citrussy sweetness mid-sip, then hitting you with a hoppy bitter finish. Decent enough but not one of the more special recipes by Wild Beer.
