Hazy IPA + Fruit Aromas + Low Bitterness

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops.

Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

MALT: Golden Promise, Oats
HOPS: Vic Secret, Huell Melon, German Cascade
YEAST: Vermont Ale Yeast

Can, 0.33l. Hazy yellow pour, two finger frothy white head. Medium retention, nice lacing on the glass. Fruity nose, pineapple and grapefruit, lots of tropical notes. Grassy herbal background. Thin body, soft carbonation. Chewy mouthfeel, quite smooth due to low carbonation. Mild bitter taste with a touch of malty sweetness in the background. Fruity aroma, notes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit. Caramel malt. Some grassiness and a bit of a herbal touch to round it up. A bit light and tamed overall, aroma is there and so is the balance, but there's this lingering feeling that it should come forward stronger. Lcking that much needed fruit punch. Still, not bad. Could be better, yes, but still a good thirst quencher.
