A mixed fermentation foraged saison brewed with foraged rowan berries, rosehips and a single crab apple. Heather was also harvested and used for bitterness in the absence of hops.

Keg at CW Family & Friends, Session 2 @Manchester Central, 22/02/20. Hazed golden with nothing in the way of a head. Nose is apricot, citric tinged straw, grass, hay bale, light cereals. Taste comprises grass, light apple skins, herb, mellow yeast esters, grains, farmyard twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Decent.
