Bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of rowanberries, oak, apricots, apple cider vinegar, green apples and some pepper. Flavour of lemon oak, dry hay and rowanberries. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Sour with a nice aroma.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 6.3%. Hazy golden to peach coloured beer, with a small white head of poor retention. Aroma of lactic acid, rosehips and rowanberries, a hint of heather. Medium sour flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, also citric / lemony notes, hints of sour cider. Low bitterness. Refreshing.

Foamy white head left a cover on a cloudy vivid gold body. Malt, yeast & woodland aroma. Medium bodied, sharp & dry on the back. Herbaceous, yeast, vegetal & berry tastes with a sour finish.

Bottle. Clear golden body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Aroma has pale malt, apricot, sour berries, light wood, hint of apple cider and quite funky. Taste is sweet and sour with the same elements, malt, berries, wood, cider and funk. Medium body and pleasant aftertaste. A very delicate and tasty beer that’s really easy drinkable as well, fine balance all the way with a tart and funky finish. Really my kind of Saison.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord in Bodø. Next to clear warm golden body, filmy layer, spotty lacing. Farmyard smell added by apple skins. Flavoured with yeasty fruitiness, cheese and tart berries. Ends dry and tart. Decent cleanser with a refreshingly summer feel, not a favourite though. (Bodø Panorama 26.06.2020).

Bottle, by way of an extra in a trade. Cheers Craig! Slightly murky looking, rusty orange. No head. Not a looker. Nose has apricot. Hedgerow berry. Tannins. Some leather. Dessert apple. Smells great. Taste is nicely balanced, tart, dry and fruity. Some apple like sweetness. Clean and sharp on the palate. Soft carbonation. Light tart finish. Nice one.

Keg at Six D N. It pours clear golden - amber with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is funky and fragrant, musty, barnyard, rosehip, berry skin, damp forest vibes, sweaty socks and sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, zingy, puckering, funky, floral, rosehip, nip of acidity, berry skin, some spice, citrus peel, pomelo, apple and a touch of sherbet with a zingy finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Interesting mix and rather quaffable to boot. Fun stuff.
