Saison originated in Wallonia, the French speaking part of Belgium. It was traditionally brewed for the summer season to refresh farm workers during the harvest. With this accessible, citrusy beer we offer you a refreshing break from the heavy hopped IPAs. To achieve this we used only the classic European hops and dedicated saison yeast.
It smells of fruit, cloves and herbs; tastes slightly tart, subtly bitter and dry. Lively and yet delicate carbonation makes it exceptionally fresh and quaffable, ideal for the warmer season. Personally, we like to open and close the night with this one.
Be sure to try our fortified version of that beer – Szczyt Sezonu.

Klarowne. W aromacie kolendra, cytrusy, przyprawy, pieprz, brzoskwinia, rodzynki, kardamon. W smaku przyprawy, sliwki, rodzynki, suszone owoce. Świetny Saison.

Cloudy golden, moderate white head of decent retention. Aroma: malt, white bread, spicy yeast, meadow flowers, citrus fruit. Similar taste plus some old hop. Light plus bitterness. Light-bodied. Not bad. Bit empty at finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Bright yellow color, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: spicy, fruity, pear, slightly phenols and spices, wheat. Spicy taste, wheat, light spice, soft, good, slightly fruity.

A full bodied saison, the yeast gives it the proper flavours, it is dry and a bit sweet and funky at the same time. Cool beer. Same krafty warsaw

Poprawny, są fenole, jest wytrawny, orzeźwiający, jestem za lżejszymi wersjami (choć warząc swojego saisona uparłem się na wersję która spokojnie mieściła się w kategorii speciality Belgian ale, i wniosek jest taki, żeby niewiadomo jak było wytrawne to i tak męczy, a powinno orzeźwiać). Bardzo fajne farmhouse ale, no i bez dodatków, czysta praca drożdży. Brakuje mi trochę wysycenia nieco wyższego.

Barwa złota, lekko zamglone. Piana opada bez śladu. W aromacie wyczuwalne nuty przyprawowe oraz siarkowe, niezbyt przyjemne. W smaku wyczuwalna dojrzała brzoskwinia oraz nuty przyprawowe. Nasycenie na niskim poziomie, goryczka również.
