Bottle. A clear golden colored beer with a small white head. Quite malty aroma with a good fruityness. Bread, pale malts, caramel, pine cones, lemon zest, grass and a hint of dusty cellar. It's medium bodied, nicely carbonated and with a good bitterness. The flavor has pine cones, lemon zest and grapefruit up front, some grass and hay follows, and in the back there's caramel and some white bread. Medium length finish. A quite decent one, sure better than feared. 211231

330ml bottle, L327, bought at Gulating Ølutsag in Tromsdalen. Covering white head, close-to-clear golden body, upper part lacing. Moderate doughy fruits on the nose. Mixed taste of bread-like malts and lemony hops. Ends with a bittersweet touch. Satisfying. (Tromsø 19.05.2020).

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 11.05.20. Translucent golden. Some white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of old citrus, lemon and lime marmalade and pale malt. Decent grapefruit bitterness and pale malt are lingering on. Good drinkability.
