Pale Ale ist ein obergäriger Biertyp, der sich durch die Verwendung einer speziellen Alehefe und den Einsatz von aromatischen Hopfensorten auszeichnet.
Eine weitere Besonderheit dieses Bieres ist die Anwendung des sogenannten „Hopfenstopfens“. Hierbei wird das fertig vergorene Bier mit Aromahopfen versetzt. Daraus resultiert ein fruchtiges Bukett, das an exotische Früchte und Citrusfrüchte erinnert.

Draught at achtundzwanzig Taproom, Wien. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- tropical fruit, citrusy, peach, apricot, malt, floral tones. FLAVOR- dry, lightly bitter, peach, apricot, malt, floral and spicy. Medium to fuller bodied. Average.

Ambar turbia de bonita espuma blanquecina. Notable aroma lupulado, resinoso. En boca paso fácil, bien de gas. Buen sabor, miel, naranja, final seco y más resinoso. Final más cítrico que deja regusto de naranjas.

Bottle picked up at Interspar Hypermarkt, Kufstein, Austria. Consumed at home Saturday 2nd November 2019 listening to Warmduscher - Tainted Lunch and cooking the Indian Shepherds Pie that we made last night. Pours hazy gold with a white head, soft carbonation, a little herbal on the nose. In the mouth the herbal touch shows again but with a nice hoppiness, this has a good, solid bitterness. Like this.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden to amber, dense white head. Aroma: Citrus hop, tropical fruit. Taste: Malty and hoppy. Moderate to medium bitter, moderate sweet, tropical and citrus fruit. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Ok.

Bottle. Hazy golden color, with small white head. Aroma is malty, grainy, resin hops, some dusty notes. Taste is sweetish, caramel, with a bitter end. Medium/high carbonation. Ok beer, but I didn't enjoy too much.

Bottle from Spar Gourmet, Fleishmarkt, Vienna, Austria. A golden/amber coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, orange, some tropical fruit, caramel.

Bottle. Hazy golden, fluffy golden head. Light waxy orangepeel aroma. Medium mellow body, mineral Luc on the palate, lightly cheesy Hops, stuffy bread, grassy finish.
