Pale Ale ist ein obergäriger Biertyp, der sich durch die Verwendung einer speziellen Alehefe und den Einsatz von aromatischen Hopfensorten auszeichnet.
Eine weitere Besonderheit dieses Bieres ist die Anwendung des sogenannten „Hopfenstopfens“. Hierbei wird das fertig vergorene Bier mit Aromahopfen versetzt. Daraus resultiert ein fruchtiges Bukett, das an exotische Früchte und Citrusfrüchte erinnert.

F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, bit hazy. A: malty, citrus, orange, tropical fruits, bit caramel, grapefruits. T: malty, tropical fruits, pineapple, tangerine, mango, orange, bit pine, medium body and lower carbonation, good one, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Spar in Vienna.

Tap at CBHULLA, Helsinki. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some hops and malts. Easy basic pale ale.

Amber colour, good white head and lace. Hayish, a bit grainy aroma just some hints of fruits. Light to medium-bodied. Tropical fruits, citrus, quite malty flavour, not so "aromatic". Drinkable.

Bottle at KØ18. Fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is fruity and mildly bitter. Teaish but not with coriander. Creamy mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

Bottle on the NJ463 23.11 Munchen - Budapest, 120118, 07/06/18. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is orange peel, caramel, dusty hops, light breads. Taste comprises sweet malts, candied orange peel, caramel, brown sugar, light breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Poor for the style but I also expect this was an old bottle that I was sold at Meisterstück.

Aroma: Peach and other fruits and hops. Flavour: Hoppy bitter with peach and a dry bitter finish. A bit more watery than the aroma suggests. Colour: orange with a white head. From: Bottle @ Boxbeers.com Apr. 2018.

Leicht eingetrübt bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hopfiger, fruchtiger Geruch mit Kräutern. Geschmacklich hopfig, fruchtig mit Citrus, Grapefruit und Mango, Kräuter, leicht malzig. Leichte Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit und aufkommender Trockenheit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

On tap at Craft Bier Bar, Bremen. Pours almost clear golden with off-white head. Aroma of citrus, strawberries, yogurt, fruits. Tastes slightly bitter with some sweetness. Thin to medium bodied, some bitterness in the finish.

on tap at Bratislavsky Oktoberfest. Aroma: grapefruit, mango, caramel. Taste: grapefruit, juicy, papaya, light resins. Medium body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness.
