A golden beer with a bit of sediment floating around under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and bread as well as lighter notes of wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, bread, and hay.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear sparkling light to medium yellow color with a large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light malty, light to moderate yeasty, paper notes. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, cardboard notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20100131]

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and dense, slowly lacing white foam. Slightly dusty and sweet malty, faint wheaty nose with whiff of sourish fruity accents. Slightly sour flavour with traces of sweetness, watery body, fizzy carbonation. Slim and slightly wheaty taste, which leaves an impression of mineral water; watery and papery finish. No gem, not even in the hottest summer.
