Very dark brown, almost black. Small light beige head. Aroma has roast, caramel and sweet coffee. Coffee and caramel flavour. Tastes like a sweet coffee stout.

Bottle @ home. Slightly unclear dark red-brown dark amber color, full sized brown colored head. Aroma is heavy coffee and espresso, with a touch of tobacco even. Taste malts, coffee, espresso, soft roast, dark malt bitter. Hardly anything that resembles a traditional bock. Maybe even nothing. But I really like the beer, tastes like a nice coffee stout. Really nice.

Fles 33cl thuis. Flink koffie, roasted, bitters, zoeten, geur van koffiedrab. Koffie overheerst te veel. (12-2017).

dark brown colour, almost one inch stable, creamy beige head; aroma of (over-)roasted coffee, burnt rye bread and slight cocoa notes;taste is also dominated by coffee and burn (woody) notes;not bad, but the burnt notes are a bit too dominant and unbalanced both in the aroma and taste

Bottle shared at home. Dark reddish brown with beige head. Sweet malts, caramel, dead leaves, dried fruit, cinnamon, apple peel, grape skins, even some red wine. There’s some dry oak, brown sugar, marzipan, hay, paper. Just medium sweet and quite bitter. Over medium bodied with quite dry finish. Quite dry and bitter for a bock but quite enjoyable.
