Cascade Apricot Ale is based on our Temptor Triple Ale that has undergone over 8 months of lactic fermentation and oak barrel aging. Ripe NW Apricots are fermented with this beer for 3 additional months. This hand packaged and bottle conditioned ale will only get better with age ... good luck waiting.

Nearing OG upland acid but respect that this still has mad flavor from 2012.

Sampled at Ace & Kees. (Vintage unknown!). Clear golden with white head. Sour grain, hay, apricot, very sharp sour. Full on sour blast. Medium body and soft carbonation. Mother Pucker.

Sample at Kurtkeller 006: Cascade-tastic 01 on 02/21/2014. Slightly hazed orange-amber color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of fresh apricot, yeast and citrus. Medium-bodied with flavors of apricots, earthy yeast and wheat. The finish is lightly sour with an apricot and citrus aftertaste. Good sour overall.
