Élaboré à partir d’une trentaine de variétés différentes de pommes à cidre, notre cidre fermier brut est un assemblage de plusieurs de ces variétés. Une fois ramassées, à la bonne maturité, uniquement dans notre verger, elles sont soigneusement triées et lavées avant d’être broyées.
Ce cidre peut se déguster lors de vos apéritifs et accompagnera tous vos plats, que se soit des poissons, viandes ou volailles. Il peut également se consommer en cocktail ou en kir avec une liqueur.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Huge head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, sulphur, fruits and has a nice dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a huge white head. Aroma is sulphorish and zesty apples. Dry, zesty,crisp apples. Sweet and citric into the finish. Smooth fruity.

75cl. Cider starts tart, not too sour. The mainpart is tart-sweet, highly drinkable. Nice cider-apple aroma. Very fresh. Easy to drink and still ripe flavourful. The aftertaste is a bit dusty, very ripe apples. Very smooth, slightly woody.

Very little head, soft golden colour. Aroma of sour apples, lemon, very soft sour caramel. Taste is soft apples with a wet finish. Refreshing.
