Our Fox River Blonde is a moderate-strength Ale with a subtle fruity Belgian yeast complexity, with a slight malty-sweet flavor, and dry finish. We use Sorachi hops, a Belgian style yeast, and pilsener malt. The beer has a light gold color, is very clear and has a large, dense, and creamy white head. Because of the malt and fermentation process we use, the beer has an almost lager-like character, which gives it a clean, crisp taste. We like to introduce this beer for what yeast can bring to the complexity of a craft beer.
