Good, slowly disappearing white head over fully hazy orangeish yellow beer. Lemon, lemonpeel, floormop Bretts, bit coriander-like spice, chamomille and other grains, especially identifiable spelt. More of the same, mainly. Neutral, not sour main taste. Other grains, dry spices, spelt. Bit thinnish, yeastslick. Medium carbonation. I've had this before - only it was known as Ommegeddon. Or it's at least its spitting image. Ommegang called it saison, and that is closer than sour, IMO. Txs to Stef!
