Binary Sunset was our first foray into Double/Reiterated Mash techniques - taking the wort of Sith Faced, and used it as the mash water to mash in a grist for our imperial version Revenge Of The Sith Faced... double mash gives us bigger mouthfeel, bigger malt profile, and pushes up the ABV to the next level.

Oily and thick, with a hit of molasses, and hints of coffee, chocolate, and vanilla.
