27.08.2022 - on tap at basler biermarkt. hazy pale golden with a medium head. aroma of vanilla, jam, raisins, apple wine. flavour of apples, hay, herbs, bread, lemon zest, minerals. interesting - neither watery nor too malty. low bitterness. not bad
