Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, lively head. Grassy, floral nose with some marzipan. Dry with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Crisp husky bread, floral grass. Mid bitter finish.

Very refreshing! Focus on the hops on a mellow light fruity and light peppery saison base. Paired with white wine-marinated duck, mashed almond potatoes, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms and gravy. ~4 for the beer, ~4,25 for the pairing.
