A brutish-tasting pine-smelling old-school-bittered Ol' Iron Bastard American Strong Ale, in collaboration with our dear friends and wood fire wizards from Floda at @jernbruket. We developed the recipe and flavour profile to beautifully accompany their smokey miracles and to match the ruggedly-cozy and carismatic vibe of the restaurant.

Clear, copper brown. White, thick head. Malty, a bit sweet, lots of caramel, some herbality, fairly strong. Bitter finish, oldschool. Nice.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Clear copper colour, rich head. Caramel, pine and citrus up front. Mid sweet with near full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bread, caramel, gooseberries, citrus and pine. Very bitter finish. All around solid.
