Taste is wood sugar, gooseberries, light dough, fresh fruits, n Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty! 7-4-8-4-16Large bottle, consumed in Jul 2019. Super nice dough, light jelly, peach melba, fresh funk and light yoghurt. Not sour, extremely drinkable. Wow! 8-4-9-4-17

Bottle from the webshop. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is pig stables, funk, yeast saison funk. Body is medium, sour, little acidic, low carbonation, barrel flavours, extremely balanced and drinkable, citric. Lingering sour apple juice palate. Very good!
