Third by cask, third day of GBBF Winter 20, Astbury Bar. Shared with Finn. Fawn-coloured head to an off-black body, fragile lacing. Bread-like malts on the nose, roasted. Choco-caramel flavours followed by a smoothly roasted finish. Satisfying. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

From cask at The Front, Falmouth, Cornwall, on tour to 22 southern counties with OGJ and EE 04.01.19. Black. Persistent beige head. Fine aroma and taste of chocolate, dark malt, dark caramel and pine, balanced by hop bitterness. Round mouthfeel.
