Bottle at Sezanne, Colmar. Pours black with a huge stable brown foam. Aroma is liquorice, orange peel, dark fruit, dark chocolate. Body is medium, strongly roasted and bitter, lively carbonation, gentle malt body in the background but not lacking. Intense roast flavours, chocolate and liquorice, but not heavy at all. Good.
