Half-pint, cask at 6.2 % abv, shared with Finn after breakfast at Ritz. Patchy fawn-coloured head. Off-black in the glass, spotty lacing. Chocolate malty aromas, nicely roasted. Rather rich taste of toffee-like chocolate followed by notes of dark fruit to a roasted. mid-sweet ending. Likable. (Lincoln 30.01.2020).

6.2%. Delt med Rune. Ultramørkebrun / svart. Lavt tett lysebrunt skum. Lett lakrisaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken sjokolade. Lakris igjen i avslutninga. Hint av kirsebær.

14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruit, hint of liquorice and coffee. Medium plus sweetness, light to moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Mild milky chocolate finish. Pretty good.
