This is a modern, gentle kettle sour with a balanced, mellow tartness from lactic bacteria and gooseberry, balanced by sweet coconut in the finish. Refreshing, complex, interesting, and very Yuri!

Third, keg, shared with Finn at Queens Crafthouse. Misty golden body, spotty lacing, covering white head. Modest green apple skins on the nose. Fruity-berry tartness to the taste buds. Ends dray and semi-tart. Okay cleanser. (Doncaster 28.01.2020).

Delt med Rune. Skittengul. Litt uklar. Skumring. Aroma av lime & tørre bær. Smaken det samme. Frisk - men fortsatt ikke min smak. Tett avslutning.
