330ml bottle. Barely clear, pale brass colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal and sweet-ish, minimally fruity aroma, hints of quince, yellow stone fruit, yelly bears, yellow apple, a mixture of herbs, botanicals if you like. Taste is sweet fruity, malty, minimally funky, slightly herbal, hints of quince, yellow stone fruit, yellow apple, botanicals. A tad too sweet.

hazy orange to amber colour, medium sized off-white head, which collapses within a few minutes; aroma of lemongrass, citruses, lemon peel, yeasty and quinine notes;taste of...well I don't really like tonic, but in general I can drink it...BUT this 'beer' is practically undrinkable! I gave up after a few sip...this is definitely the worst thing ever Ive tasted from De Molen - big disappointment! It was a huge mistake to mix up an IPA with quinine - bitterness of quinine is completely incompatible with the bitterness of hops...

Tap at Hair of the Dog, Phloen Chit, Bangkok. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, big yeasty, floral hop. The flavour is yeasty bitter with a crisp, light, super dry yeasty, herbal, floral hop bitter palate and a lingering yeasty finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The Saison yeast totally dominates this beer from start to finish. I don’t get any gin, tonic or spice whatsoever. Truly awful. I paid 10 Euros for this and managed a couple of sips.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger creamy off-white head, medium retention. Nose is spicy and herbal, notes of citrus, coriander and wheat. Thin to medium body, medium carbonation. Nicely prickly on the tongue. Boozy bitter taste. Strong alcohol presence, spicy, peppery. Wheat, coriander, herbal. Citrus notes. Not picking up much of gin & tonic aroma to be honest, some hints of it in the aftertaste and that's pretty much it. Overall, average saison. Good, but not that memorable.

Unclear, some sediment, golden colored, small non lasting off white head. Aroma is of some malt, spicy, lots of coriander, bit yeasty, bit fruity notes. Taste is medium sweet malt, yeast, spicy and bit fruity notes, again plenty of coriander but not much else, medium bitterness, dry finish, some alcohol. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Lots of everything, not much of anything. And I really wanted a Tonic flavored saison :(

Bottled 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild spicy nose. Moderate malty, pretty strong juniper and mild vegetable notes with noticable alcohol in the finish. Also mild citric touch, quite high carbonation. Interesting.
