C'est une IPA très appréciable que nous propose la brasserie Whiplash. Avec Ekuanot, Cascade, El Dorado et BRU-1, elle ci jouit d'une palette aromatique bien agréable. Sans ce final trop court, elle aurait été une véritable machine de guerre ! En verre nous sommes sur un blond jaune trouble avec une très fine effervescence et une mousse blanche nappant quasiment toute la surface. Le nez est très agréable sur la pêche, l'orange, le pamplemousse et la mangue avec des herbes justement dosées. En bouche, l'équilibre est très bien trouvé avec une amertume vive sans être agressive et un houblonnage à cru parfait. L’arrière-bouche est bien vive avec un bon contraste. La présence en bouche est quant à elle très honorable avec un alcool, à 6,2% qui fait bien le job. Seul hic, ce final trop court qui ne parachève pas bien cette jolie sérénade.

Lys gulbrun klar med hvitt skum. Lukter smørmalt og fløtekaramell. Lett. Maltig og floralsk. Smaker fløtekaramell, blomster og noe sitrus. Kort.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Nearly clear and very pale golden colour, moderate white head. Citric and spicy hops in the aroma. Light bodied for its strength. Moderate citric and spicy hops in the flavour. Okay, but not remarkable.

Stråfarget. Litt uklar. Lavt tett skum. Plommearoma. Litt mye kullsyre. Smaken tørket frukt. Litt bitterhet i avslutninga.

Draught@TCBW2022. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is a citrus, some floral, mild parfumed soap as well as some sweet maltiness. Flavour is pretty much following the pattern of the aroma. Nicely bitter finish.
