A straight-up modern American IPA. Using super soft water, it's grist is over 60% Oat and Wheat Malt layered onto biscuity and complex British Floor Malted Pale. 100% Whirlpool hopped with Oregon Cascades, fermented on English ale yeast and finally double dry hopped- with Ekuanot and brand spanking new BRU-1 hops. Expect flavours of candied lemon, resin, papaya and pineapples.

Kolor mleczno żółty. Zmętnienie jest tak wysokie, że przywodzi skojarzenie z mlecznym shake'em. Piana biała, wysoka, trwała. Zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków, pozostawia ładne "firanki" na szkle.
Aromat słodki, chmielowy owocowy, są tropiki, cytrusy. Aromat jest bardzo przyjemny.
Smak wytrawny, przełamany lekką "owocową" słodyczą. Goryczka grapefruitowa.
Wysycenie wysokie. Ciało wysokie, pełne, treściwe. Tekstura gładka, choć nie taka jekiej bym oczekiwał. Posmak długi, goryczkowy.

Barwa jasno żółta, opalizująca. Piana zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków, biała, wysoka i trwała. Ładnie zdobi szklankę, niemal krążkuje.
Aromat świeży, intensywny, chmielowy - owocowy, żywiczny. Jest bardzo przyjemny, zachęca do spróbowania tego piwa.
Smak tylko przez krótką chwilę jest słodkawy, później już tylko zestowo żywiczna goryczka. Goryczka choć jest tylko umiarkowanie wysoka to jednak ona jest kręgosłupem tego piwa.
Wysycenie wysokie. Tekstura niemal gładka. Ciało średnie w górę. Posmak długi, wytrawny.

Can from Bottle Baron (2018) and Against The Grain (2026). Hazy golden body with a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sponge cake, orange and dried grass. Flavour of orange, apricot, hop spice and musty lemon. Medium body with a smooth, fluffy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A delicious and well balanced IPA.

A murky and light yellow beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has lime, grapefruit, some biscuit. Taste has grapefruit, some mango, also some bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice.

Cloudy light pale yellow beer, big creamy solid white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: floral, fruity, some citrus, a little malty, nice, very nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, a bit sweet, citrus, gentle bitterness, nice! Aftertaste: juicy, lovely, tropical fruits, more citrus, dry bitter finish, very pleasant beer!

440ml can from the Jumbo, Grote Marktstraat, Den Haag. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, oaty, juicy pineapple grapefruit, mineral, refreshing, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Much better than I was expecting. Would easily buy this again.
