Seasonal Beer – Autumn Our Amber Ale was inspired by the beautiful, timid, local neighbour, the red squirrel – once indigenous to England, is now seriously under threat of extinction by its larger, disease (squirrel)-spreading grey cousin, only the townsfolk as ‘Braxators’ (Old English term for ‘Beer Maker’)

Third, cask ale at Brewhouse & Kitchen Poole. Shared with Finn. Near-clear amber body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Mild caramel nose. Moderate flavours of fruity caramel. Malt-fruity ending. Slightly watered. (Poole 22.10.2019).

14/7/2019. Cask at the Brewhouse & Kitchen (Poole). Pours deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of toffee, malt, hops, fruit and caramel ice cream. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body.

Cask @ Brewhouse & Kitchen, Poole. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, sweet malt, hops and has a sweet finish.
