#4 In our Single Hop Series- Dragon! A brand new hop variety from the Slovenian Institute for Hop Research. Little is known of this hop but expect big citrus, floral aromas backed up by our usual smooth oaty malt base.

Cask ale, half-pint shared with Finn at Greyfriar. Film-type layer, bubble on the surface, clear warm golden body. Sweaty hops on the nose, hints of grain. Ripe citrus flavours with a backdrop of leafy hop bitterness. Fair enough. (Reading 20.10.2019).

Delt med Rune. Gylden. Skum langs glasset. Klar. Tam fruktaroma. Smaken rosiner. Tørr avslutning.
